INGREDIENTS
- 1½ oz Maker's Mark bourbon
- ½ oz Galliano
- The Great Gentleman Spicy Ginger Beer
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz apricot syrup
- 1 dried apricot (garnish)
- 1 fresh apricot (garnish)
- 1 thyme (garnish)
- Ice
RECIPE
Add ice. Pour all ingredients into the glass except for The Great Gentleman Spicy Ginger Beer. Gently stir everything using a bar spoon. Top up with The Great Gentleman Spicy Ginger Beer. Using a torch, char the small bunch of thyme for 1-2 seconds. Garnish with a dried apricot or a slice of fresh apricot and a small bunch of charred thyme.
